Little-Chica is the operator of www.rjbeautyrooms.com. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Please be aware on occasion items may be delivered in separate packages.

Delivery Terms

2.1 Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time

Shipping delivery times can vary depending on the product.
Express shipping services can only be offered on certain products.

Customized and made-to-order items delivery time generally is between 15-25 business including processing and shipping times.

We ship from countries all around the world to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 2 days. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping time.

UK Express Shipping (Incl. Fast & Free service)

Generally 1-2 business days (UK mainland only) 

UK Express (N.I & Scottish Highlands) 

Generally 2-3 business Days 

UK Standard Shipping

Generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 12 business days dependent on the item.

US Standard Shipping

Generally takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 12 business days dependent on the item.

EU Express Shipping 

Generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 12 business days dependent on the item.

EU Standard Shipping

Generally takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 18 business days dependent on the item.

International Standard Shipping

Generally takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 25 business days dependent on the item.

2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

2.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

2.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

2.7 Failed delivery

If a delivery has been attempted and returned to us as failed the customer will be contacted. A re-delivery may be arranged at extra cost to the customer (regardless of whether the original order had free delivery incentive). Or if a refund is requested, the customer will be charged a delivery fee (regardless of whether the original order had free delivery incentive).

Duties & Taxes

5.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
